How to become a surrogate mother?

Becoming a surrogate mother and carrying others baby for nine months is not an easy job. To become a surrogate mother, a lady should have generous heart and sensitiveness towards couples who are not able to have a baby. There are numerous physical, legal, emotional and financial issues involve in the surrogacy process. When you receive the compensation for your services, it cannot be equated to the difficulties you face during the tenure. A lady working as a surrogate is led to many of the above issues and if the lady works privately, she needs to take care of each and every aspect of the process. Therefore, we suggest surrogates to work through an agency rather than working privately.

Contact the best surrogate agency in your state and request for an application. The agency checks your application and suggests some medical tests to check whether you medically fit to carry pregnancy. Once the medically history allows you to carry pregnancy, agency will explain federal rules governing who can or cannot become surrogate mother. The federal rules say about the age range, prior pregnancy experience and overall health. If a woman is facing some medical complications, she is not allowed to become a substitute.

We strongly recommend the ladies to fill in the proxy form truthfully. If you did not answer the question truthfully, you need to face legal complications. Women need to provide basic details such as age, health status and family support towards her decision. Ladies should be ready to undergo prescribed examinations suggested by the agency. Once everything is up to their mark, they will match you with the intended parents. A surrogate agreement is made between both parties outlining the compensation paid to a proxy, medical fee, monthly expenses, legal fee and agency fee.
